School Regulations

  • Students admitted to International Academic School of Canada are required to pay all fees in advance prior to obtaining your study permit.
  • All tuition and other fees must be paid in full within the first two weeks of the student's first semester. A late charge of CAD $50 dollars will be applied to each selected course.
  • Unless the student owns the textbook for a course, all students are required to purchase the necessary textbooks from the school. If the student wishes to return the book and based on the condition of the book, International Academic School of Canadal would refund 50% of the value of the book.
  • The student is expected to maintain good attendance. If he/she misses more than 25% of the classes, he/she may be demitted from the class. There will be no tuition refund.
  • Students who wish to acquire additional credits beyond the initial plan are required to pay an additional fee per course.
 


Refund Policy

  • Should the student cannot obtain a student visa permit, a 100% refund will be issued. The Application Fee will not be refunded.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the student must provide the following documents:
    • A letter requesting a refund signed by the student and/or the student's guardian/parents
    • Proof of visa rejection issued by the Canadian Embassy or High Commissions.
    • All original documents, including the official Letter of Acceptance, all receipts and all other documents issued by International Academic School of Canada must be returned.
  • If a student is granted a study permit but decides not to attend International Academic School of Canada, no tuition and other fees would be refunded.
  • If a student drops a course, with the Principal's approval, before or within the first two weeks of the start of the semester, the full tuition fee would be transferred to a later semester and would not be refunded.
  • If the student drops AFTER the first two weeks, no tuition fee would be refunded or transferred.
  • If the student is asked by the Principal to withdraw from a course or the school because of disciplinary actions, used and unused tuitions including other fees would not be refunded.
